Documentation
The concepts you'll meet in the console.
Product brain
The living document Ravenry judges everything against. Drafted from a crawl of your site, versioned, live on save. The correction loop: when a draft claims something wrong, click "something in this draft is incorrect", say what — the brain is surgically updated and the mistake becomes a never-say rule.
Ecosystem map
Places (where conversation happens; each has a channel tier — community, relationship, or owned — which determines the action type) and people (influence-scored, with verified audience numbers and the assets they control). Everything enters as proposed and needs your approval. Yield per place is tracked; zero-yield places flag themselves and eventually retire.
Signals & opportunities
A signal is one thing heard. An opportunity is a signal that survived classification and the guardrails and got drafted. Three action types: reply in thread, email the author, post your own take. Opportunities expire after 7 days. The Dashboard's funnel and near-miss views explain every kept and killed signal.
Identities
Who work can be assigned to. Opt-in is consent; platform handles determine what can be assigned (the coverage banner warns about gaps). Seed style reads someone's published writing to learn their voice up front; every edited draft refines it.
The Sphere
Weekly synthesis of everything heard: topics, sentiment, narrative-pushers, competitor moves, gaps, and suggested takes (which persist in a tracked queue). Reports can be shared with a 30-day public link.
Digest & verdicts
One email per member per day with that day's opportunities — approve / reject / "I posted it" are one-click signed links. Rejections ask why; the reason teaches the classifier. Brand mentions arrive separately, within the hour.
